The company takes this opportunity to acknowledge its four generations of McPhail family CEOs, and the hundreds of loyal employees over 116 years of business in NZ within the apparel fashion and outdoor sports industry.

Without these people, who in most cases have dedicated over half their lives to the McPhail family—be it machinists, cutters, pattern graders, designers, sales people, financial and warehousing staff—we would not be accepting such an honourable award today .
